Robert Rich’s vision for innovative data integration, quality and governance solutions that positively impact business performance is at the heart of DataQualityFirst. Known for his enthusiastic presentations and subject matter expertise, Mr. Rich is a recognized expert in data quality, data integration and managing master data in complex heterogeneous environments. His real world understanding of how to drive business value out of technology deployments comes from 20+ years of experience as an IT professional, consultant and in various marketing and product roles for enterprise application software vendors. Most recently, Mr. Rich led Worldwide Product Marketing for IBM’s Master Data Management solutions and before that was Director of Product Marketing responsible for the data quality offerings at Ascential Software. Prior to Ascential, he held leadership positions at Syskoplan Consulting, Siebel, Vality Technology and Technology Solutions Corporation. Mr. Rich started his career as an applications programmer after earning a B.B.A. in marketing from Hofstra University. |
Bob Zawrotny - Founder & VP Development

Bob Zawrotny is a seasoned development leader with a proven track record delivering complex enterprise data integration software products. Mr. Zawrotny brought to market industry-leading data quality and data profiling products highlighted by the first data quality product running on a massively scalable parallel processing engine and integration with leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) packages. Most recently, Mr. Zawrotny was Senior Development Manager in IBM’s Software group overseeing a globally distributed team that developed the QualityStage 8.0 product within IBM’s Information Server platform. His thirteen years of software development experience includes extensive interaction with customers and technical field organizations. Mr. Zawrotny gained his enterprise data integration experience starting at Vality Technology in 1998. He then led the QualityStage and ProfileStage development teams starting in 2002 following Ascential Software's acquisition of Vality. Mr. Zawrotny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. |
Kevin Dewhurst - Director, Sales

Kevin Dewhurst brings a successful track record built over 20+ years introducing data management, ETL, EAI and data quality solutions to the market. Involved in several early stage start-ups, Mr. Dewhurst has been instrumental in opening new territories, building both sales and pre-sales teams while also contributing extensively to product positioning and direction. During the critical, formative years of nascent companies, sales organizations guided by Mr. Dewhurst have realized significant expansion and extraordinary revenue growth. Most recently, Mr. Dewhurst was Vice President, Sales for the re-start of SmartDB Corporation, leading to its successful sale to Rocket Software. Prior to SmartDB, he held leadership positions at Syskoplan Consulting, Vality Technology and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Dewhurst started his career as an applications programmer after earning a B.S. in Math/Economics from the University of New Hampshire. |
